PVC & Azek Trim Installation
PVC and Azek® Trim is the most durable (and workable!) replacement for wood. Stucco Remediation

Morrison did an exceptional job on our covered deck from start to finish. The project was done close to the deadline with no surprises on added costs. We had a few special requests during construction and Luke made it happen. Speaking of Luke, of the three contractors we dealt with, he was the only one to include everything we discussed in his proposal. He was also the most responsive. This crew is one of the best. They were onsite every day at 6:50 a.m. waiting to start at 7, and worked tirelessly until around 4 p.m. They do high quality work, pay attention to details, respect your property, and bring a positive attitude to the job. We would hire Morrison again in a heartbeat.
We shopped around for a contractor to perform a large renovation project (windows, siding, deck and screened in porch) on our family home and from the start Morrison Custom Construction stood out as the most professional and responsive. The owner Luke took the time at the property to discuss everything with us and address all of our concerns before the project started. Once underway, he kept us updated on the progress and worked to resolve several unforeseen issues that arose due to the fact that it was an older home. He was able to solve every problem that was encountered, and even pointed out some things needing correction that we weren't even aware of. Luke and his work crew showed up when promised and communicated throughout the project from what I wanted in a new patio door and deck replacement. The quality of the work was excellent and all questions were professionally answered. It was great to work with them.

An un-used screened porch became a spacious verandah with the ceiling opened up, and the house got re-sided with all the appropriate weather barriers.
